This session will include a small panel of experienced project managers that will share their real world experience on projects ranging from the simple to enterprise.

Sounds like anyone who launches Drupal projects will get some good best practices out of 4 who've seen a lot before.
I run into "assumptions" on both the client and dev side a lot with small loose projects so I can relate and have interest in this one.
