Drupal Assumptions: Common Assumptions that Kill Projects (and how to handle them)
Lets not kid ourselves, Drupal projects have some unique aspects to them and its easy to make assumptions that can be devastating to a project if left unchecked.
This session will talk through:
* How to recognise the assumptions being made (and document them)
* Educating clients and stake holders to manage their assumptions
* Common assumptions that are made (and how to handle them)
* Techniques for dealing with assumptions that have caught you unexpectedly
This session will include a small panel of experienced project managers that will share their real world experience on projects ranging from the simple to enterprise.

I run into "assumptions" on both the client and dev side a lot with small loose projects so I can relate and have interest in this one.
