We are experienced developers, who have been working with the Drupal during several last years. Eventually we have found that Open Source takes very important place in our personal growth and is a main component in the business processes of the companies we are working in.

We have successfully shared this knowledge to the people on several Drupal events in Ukraine and found positive changes in the local Drupal community that started to contribute more on followup code sprints. We hope this session will be useful for many people on the conference who have just started to use Drupal and Open Source technology in their work.
