In this session we'll explore different tools and techniques for keeping Drupal teams working in harmony. We'll discuss how the different development roles interact and strategies for keeping teams in sync. The session will explore technical and business reasons for balancing configuration heavy strategies with those centered on custom coding. The session will present ideas to make the development process more efficient. In addition we'll address the challenges of managing extended teams and tools and best practices to support remote work.
