Drupal experience : developing a complex ticketing system to manage web projects

emerya has developed a complete ticketing and project management system in Drupal.

Seeing tools like Redmine as outdated, we developed our own system fully in Drupal and our third version will be one of our services and we hope a Drupal distribution and the future of project management.

1- Presentation of the ticketing system :

- The spirit : simplicity, efficiency and Drupal (i.e. evolutivity).

- The extra functionnalities : video conferencing with Big Blue Button, screenshoting pages and getting contextual information, file management, fine-grained notifications, double conversation system, privacy, and more...
