Drupal can act as a great Mobile Backend as a Service (MBaaS), providing a fast and easy way to build connected mobile apps. You can build your custom cloud platform using a variety of available contrib modules such as services, views (for custom listings), push notification, relationships, upload (for photo uploads), sms and social integration etc

In this session I will discuss how Drupal can act as backend service to manage your mobile application's data (photos, videos, content, users, geo, taxonomies, etc). We will demo some apps built for Android and iOS using Drupal as base. Track will also cover introduction to Services 3 API in Drupal.
