I'll describe how we implemented Scrum methodology on a project of migration relatively big media site to Drupal. I'll explain how we prepared for implementation, which approach we've chosen, what issues ans challenges we faced and how we solved them.

I'll explain how we estimated our tasks and how exact were we. I'll put some extra focus on how did stakeholders react to Scrum and how successfully we managed to integrate them into our working process.
