This session will discuss the importance of, and strategies for, setting the context of Quality from the start of a project, baking it into the development processes, and managing client communications to result in their satisfaction.

Topics will include:

• How Quality supports the (inevitably) agile process as requirements evolve.
• Defining the difference between Requirements and Acceptance Criteria.
• Managing Quality in large projects that often have multiple actors involved in the chain of requirements definition thru development.
• Defining metrics for Quality to ensure that the delivered product meets project owner expectations.
• Setting client expectations that support success in an Open Source environment.
