Just because you built your site before the mobile explosion does not mean you need to start from scratch, or you can't catch up to your competitors. Within a few extra days you can turn your current Drupal site in to a publishing platform for any number of Apps. Of course, many more hours will be devoted to the actual building of the iOS/Android/Blackberry/etc Apps.

The decision of whether to build native versus simply a responsive or mobile web presence requires substantial thought and discussion. The presentation will outline a number of the benefits of each, and specifically why native apps should be considered even after making your responsive/mobile web presence. I will outline the steps I took to take my own site (Tag Sell It) from a desktop only Drupal website to powering separate revenue generating iOS/Android/Amazon Apps. These Apps not only increased the revenue of the site, but serve as a powerful marketing tool for a start-up site.
