Check-in 1: Session Review

Welcome DrupalCon speaker! It's time to meet your track chair and clear some easy tasks out of the way. You may, of course, complete these tasks in advance of the March 22 deadline.
Deliverables
- Fill out your user profile. Add your name, picture, bio. Let our attendees get to know you! If you are not comfortable displaying your information publicly, just fill in the Full Name field, which is hidden to non-admin, so we have your information for print.
- Make sure your session title does not exceed 75 characters. Titles that exceed this limit will be shortened to fit for print.
- Be sure to list everyone who'll be speaking in your session as a speaker so they get proper credit for their effort.
- Your track chair may have feedback on your session at this stage. Make sure to check in and get any direction before moving forward.
- Are you flying in on Wednesday? Let us know so we don't book you that day! Be sure to let your track chair know of any potential schedule issues like this.
- Register! One speaker per session will receive a code for free registration, which means any additional speakers should take advantage of the earlybird rate which ends March 15 at 11:59pm PST.

Check-in 2: Slide/Outline Review

You've been a speaker for a month! How's your session preparation going?
Deliverables
- Upload or link to your session outline or slide draft on your session page so your track chair can check in on your progress.
- Get to know your track chair. This team is awesome and they're excited to work with you!
- Speaker codes expire today. If you haven't registered for the conference with your special code, you have until 11:59pm tonight. Remember, just one coupon redemption per session.
- Today is also the last day to register at the regular rate. If you have additional speakers in your session, they have until 11:59pm tonight to register at the regular rate.

Check-in 3: Presentation Review

Time: 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time (UTC -8)
DrupalCon is in two weeks! You should be in the practice part of your session preparation. By now you've practiced your session in front of friends, family, co-workers, and perhaps, for your YouTube following.
Deliverables
- Hop on a Skype call or setup a Google Hangout and run through of your session with your track chair.
- Practice, practice, practice!
- Be prepared. Backup your presentation, save a copy to a USB, and have video recordings of any live demos.
- Fail-proof your session. Attend live or watch the recorded final speaker training session, Delivery and Audience Management, on Thursday, May 9 at 8:00am PST.
- Featured speakers: be sure to submit your introductory summary to your track chair so they can introduce you properly
