Just over 24 hours left to submit a session!

Action heroes like Jack Bauer can save the world in less than 24 hours. You may not be an action hero, but you are a Drupal expert! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to submit a session to DrupalCon Portland before February 15th at 11:59PM PST.

If you are still working on a session proposal, now is the time to submit it. If you have an idea, but just had not been able to type it up and submit it formally, take the 24 hour challenge and make it happen. Here are some tips to help you wrap things up:

  • Review the session tracks posted here, and make sure your session aligns to one of the tracks listed.
  • If you’re getting writer’s block or getting stuck somewhere along the session writing process, take 5 minutes to plot out your whole talk in a bulleted outline.
  • Host a brainstorming session with co-workers over lunch. Take a few minutes to review each other’s sessions and get feedback.

Lastly, be sure to check out the sessions that have already been proposed. Hopefully, checking out topics that have already been proposed should give you a good idea of which topics are resonating with the community. If you see a session proposal similar to your own idea, we encourage you to contact the person and see about collaborating on a session topic to make it even stronger.

Session submissions are now closed - thanks to everyone who submitted!
